(Muay Thai) is a combat sport of Thailand that uses punches, kicks, elbows and knees and techniques on The clinch. Muay Thai is known as “the art of eight limbs” associated with a good physical preparation that makes a Muay Thai fighter very efficient.

Muay Boran and therefore Muay Thai, As well as being a practical fighting technique for use in actual warfare, Muay Thai became a sport in which the opponents fought in front of spectators for entertainment. The previously bare-fisted fighters started wearing lengths of hemp rope around their hands and forearms.

Muay Thai has focus on body conditioning to prepare a simple Student to become a good fighter. Conditioning classes need to include different exercises such as skipping, running, sparring, weights, and much more.
