Muay Thai is a combat sport orIginated in Thailand that uses punches, kicks, elbows and knees and techniques. Muay Thai is known as “the art of eight limbs” associated with a good physical preparation that makes a Muay Thai fighter very efficient.
Muay Thai has focus on body conditioning to prepare students to become good fighters and learn to protect themselves from real life situations. These classes includes a different exercises such as skipping, running, sparring, weights, and much more.
